Voting company Smartmatic’s defamation lawsuit against MyPillow and CEO Mike Lindell can move forward, a judge ruled Monday, as Smartmatic and rival company Dominion Voting Systems pursue a dozen defamation lawsuits over baseless election fraud claims about their voting machines.
